Normally, when a woman enters post menopause, she assumes that all the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are now behind her and she can begin to enjoy her life to the fullest. Unfortunately, some women can experience hot flashes in post menopause.

Many claim that the support groups help them deal with the hot flashes in a positive manner.
